Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing administrative support functions associated with planning, coordinating, organizing, and management of an academic program. Advising on program requirements, reviewing records to determine if requirements are met, and maintaining documentation to support program requirements. Using an online student information administration, or management system to monitor and manage student enrollment and placement in courses including correctly prioritizing waitlists. Maintaining office records according to rules, regulations, and policies. You will serve as a ACADEMIC COORDINATOR (OA) in the Naval War College, Provost, Dean of Faculty, Dean, College of Distance Education of NAVAL WAR COLLEGE.
