Ensure that the work and contractor oversight comply with federal laws, regulations, and agency-specific policies (e.g., safety regulations, environmental standards), and contract management processes. TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Expert knowledge of Federal administration practices relative to Agency operations. Expert knowledge of Federal travel regulations as required to facilitate the travel process. Knowledge of analytical and evaluative methodology to gather data and make in-depth evaluation and analyses of situations, issues, and programs; possess skills to recommend solutions that are unique and outside the scope of current practices and guidelines as needed. Knowledge of capabilities and limitations of various software packages (e.g., Microsoft Windows, SharePoint, Calendar, Microsoft Word, Access database management, PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel) to create and revise a wide range of documents, automated records, databases, and slides.
As the Supervisory Administrative Officer (AO), the incumbent shall oversee the delivery of effective administrative, logistical, and all other support services to ensure adequate support is provided for EACs operations in accordance with USG regulations and EAC policies.
