SUPPLY TECHNICIAN

To qualify for the SUPPLY TECHNICIAN, GS-2005-07, your resume must demonstrate at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the level of difficulty and responsibility to that of the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience controlling and monitoring all material requests from time of receipt of requisitions until receipt of material. Experience collaborating with other TRIREFAC Supply Department Divisions in the staging and movement of material. Experience establishing effective working relationships to anticipate and meet the needs of both internal and external customers. Experience performing quality control coordination tasks required to ensure the quality of products/services resulting from work performed. Experience demonstrating skill in utilizing job-relevant information systems and/or software applications, such as word processing, spreadsheets, automated research tools, database applications. Experience and knowledge utilizing Navy/DOD supply policies, procedures, and standards related to inventory management, control point, traffic, storage and similar considerations. You will serve as a SUPPLY TECHNICIAN in the LOGISTICS SUPPORT DIVISION (TRFF-520), REQUISITION AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT BRANCH (TRF-523) of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY.
