Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1). Providing expertise regarding awards policy as well as the development, implementation, and evaluation of the program. 2). Provides training and operational guidance to supervisors and employees concerning the injury compensation program. 3). Evaluating to provide guidance regarding the review and evaluation of various program areas such as Awards, Time and Attendance, Standard Labor Data Collection and Distribution Application (SLDCADA) or other time and attendance application, and Defense Civilian Payroll System (DCPS). 4). Monitoring rewards and recognition systems to ensure compliance with policies and guidance.
