In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-03 (GS-09/10 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: as a professional Contract Specialist conducting contract planning, cost or price analysis and cost realism, preparing negotiations, modifying documentation, and contract administration for the procurement of supplies and services ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition regulations, policies, and procedures. You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in one of several OPERATIONS AND EXECUTION DIVSIONS within the CONTRACTS DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER.
