Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: – Experience applying knowledge of OPM and DoD classification standards. – Experience leading, coordinating, coaching, and mentoring lower graded HR Specialists and Assistants in their performance of work and be able to resolve technical or administrative problems encountered. – Experience providing expert personnel classification advice to employees throughout large and complex organizations in the development of position descriptions. – Experience conducting position management studies and organizational analysis. – Experience researching and applying findings to provide solutions to a wide range of HR management functions. You will serve as a LEAD HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (CLASSIFICATION) in the Classification and Special Projects Branch of the Fleet Forces, Human Resources Office, of FLEET HRO NORFOLK NAVAL SHIPYARD.
