MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level in which you are applying: Specialized Experience at the GS-13: You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that included: Planning, evaluating and analyzing programmatic aspects of agency operations, ensuring efficient delivery of USDA Farm Bill administrative operations; Leading and coordinating the collection, analysis, interpretation, streamlining, and documentation of program and business requirements from designated subject matter teams nationwide; and Streamlining technical and financial assistance activities of NRCS and relevant information technology projects. This position is located in the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) Deputy Chief for Programs (DCP) Financial Programs Assistance Division (FAPD) on the Projects Branch. The Projects Branch manages national policy for the Regional Conservation Partnership Program (RCPP), Conservation Innovation Grants (CIG), Wetland Mitigation Banking program (WMBP), and the Voluntary Public Access (VPA) program. The incumbent serves as Program Analyst and is supervised by the Projects Branch Chief.
