FOR BN-03 (GS-12/13 equivalent): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the BN-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer reviewing contractor or engineer work methods, reliability, manufacturing, material costs or schedule demands to develop solutions to issues impacting project completion. FOR BN-02 (GS-09/11 equivalent): Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the BN-01 pay band (or GS-07 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer reviewing contractor work methods and procedures to develop written reports or recommendations to issues impacting project completion.
