Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of experience which includes: 1) Managing financial management programs and acquisition planning; 2) Developing and managing an internal operating budget; 3) Developing Program Objective Memorandums/long range planning; AND 4) Preparing financial and programmatic reports for senior leaders. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level (NH-03/ GS-13) position in the federal service. You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Financial Assistance Mechanisms Financial Management Planning and Evaluating Project Management Reading Comprehension
About the Position: Recognized as a Senior Management Official responsible for complete coordination, planning, and scheduling for systems requirements of assigned programs. This is a pay banded position. The NH-04 encompasses grades 14 and 15 on the General Schedule.
