Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector planning and executing a comprehensive evaluation system (ex. proposed costs, program development, and performance) for missile/weapon system test programs and assembly operations to evaluate and develop innovative policies, methods and techniques for the long-range administration and operation of a combat system certification or qualification review program.
