ASSESSMENT FACTORS 1. Takes a lead role to build collaborative working relationships across DIA by encouraging colleagues to engage team members and others on specific or general issues. 2. Contributes to the development of long-term goals by recommending effective strategies based on how components of the IC work together. 3. Identifies and works to eliminate conditions that impede within-team and across-team collaboration and knowledge sharing. 4. Applies understanding of joint doctrine principles, instructions, and manuals to develop intelligence plans and operations. 5. Develops and documents intelligence concepts of support and drafts requests for intelligence capabilities. HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS 1. Intelligence Planning Course (IPC) One qualified. 2. Experience in leading a small team of intelligence professionals outside organizational boundaries. 3. Recent experience integrating intelligence to Military Decision Making or Joint Plans Process.
