Minimum Qualification Requirements: To qualify for the GS-15 grade level applicants must have one year of specialized experience at, or equivalent to, the GS-14 grade level. Qualifying specialized experience is: 1. Directing the day-to-day work of a team that provides recruitment and placement, staffing, or classification functions; 2. Representing an HR organization to upper-level management to explain complicated HR regulations and processes and obtain compliance; 3. Monitoring the work of an HR team or organization with physically dispersed employees and adjusting workload or assignments as necessary. MUST MEET ALL THREE.
