Senior IT Business and Systems Analyst

Qualifications Ten (10) or more years of experience analyzing business problems and developing plans to address issues and concerns in IT-related field Experience gathering requirements for IT development projects by conducting interviews, requirements gathering sessions, workflow analysis, process analysis, and translating those inputs into functional and/or technical requirements Experience working with Agile methodologies Experience working with UI/UX designers to create workflows, mockups, and wireframes Working knowledge of Product Management and Product Owner roles; experience managing product backlogs Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with the superior ability to translate business specifications into user stories, test cases/acceptance criteria, and training materials Ability to evaluate information from multiple sources and identify priorities Ability to learn quickly, work under pressure, and grasp both technical and business-related concepts in a rapidly changing environment Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, Azure DevOps) Ideal Qualifications Has a PMP and/or Agile Product Owner/ScrumMaster certifications Knowledge of the federal legislative and law-making process Submission Requirements Applicants must submit a cover letter, resume, and at least one (1) writing sample.
