To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience qualifications for the grade at which you are requesting consideration. To qualify for the Grade 15, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equal or equivalent to the GS-14, it must include: Experience providing leadership and direction to a team or task force activities. Experience managing major projects including formulation of requirements, resource identification, process execution, and after action review. Experience working with a data collection program from multiple organizations, including preparing the data collection materials, designing data validation, and developing data products for distribution. The applicant of this position will serve as the Chief of the Strategic Planning Division and functions as a primary advisor to the Director in the areas of assigned responsibilities. He or she has overall management responsibility for the including direction and coordination of strategic planning; performance measurement, analysis, and reporting; program evaluation; and, enterprise risk management for the FTA.
