To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level: Leading or managing technical efforts that involve multi-organizational teams or engineering projects to drive change for the development, implementation and integration of mission-critical goals and objectives; Providing technical leadership, engineering advice, guidance and oversight on the the development of frameworks to integrate engineering practices and organization of data acquired during the engineering lifecycle while leveraging infrastructure and cloud capabilities; Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on technical matters, systems integration, testing, or resolving problems that impact project performance. As the Digital Engineering (DE) Lead for Engineering Directorate within the Technical Performance and Integration Office, you will be responsible to drive fundamental transformation of NASA Engineering capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, architecting, and integrating DE initiatives, solutions, and activities across Engineering. You will champion DE by providing leadership and guidance to the team members across the Center and pursue opportunities for collaboration and funding.
