In addition to the basic education requirements, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-03 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate some or all of the following: 1) Ability to develop networks and collaborate across organizational boundaries (WD, NAVAIR, DON, OSD TRMC); 2) Exhibiting a working knowledge of the S&T for T&E Program and planned Service and Central Test and Evaluation Investment Program (CTEIP) investment projects; 3)Conducting Test & Evaluation (T&E) and the identification of technology gaps adversely impacting T&E; 4) Applying the Systems Engineering process in design, development, testing, management, and operations of a system; 5) Experience in Program Management including budget development and execution, resource assignment, project timeline development and execution, and conflict resolution; 6) Demonstrating knowledge of Contracting including development of requirements for Broad Agency Announcements (BAA) or Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contract vehicles.
