AREA OF CONSIDERATION: This position is in the Excepted Service “under the authority of Title 5, P.L. 114-328, Sections 932 and 1084 (FY17 NDAA)”, and is open to current on-board (Tenure 1, 2 and 3) US Federal employees interested in helping the Department of the Army meet our mission requirements as a Human Resources Assistant. PCS: Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs, Recruitment or Relocation Incentive MAY be authorized. Authorization for payment of PCS expenses, Recruitment or Relocation Incentive will be granted ONLY after determination is made that payment is in the best interest of the Florida National Guard. FLARNG BUS Code NG5022: This position is “included” in the bargaining unit and eligible for labor organization representation. The current exclusive representative is The Association of Civilian Technicians, Chapter 87 and the President is Mr. Michael Ortmayer at actch87@gmail.com. NOTE: You must upload your most recent SF 50 (e.g. General Adjustment) to be considered. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE – GS07: Do you have at least one year experience at the GS-05 level, in the normal line of progression through federal service or equivalent experience in the National Guard missions, organizations, and federal civilian or military personnel programs. Must have experiences in executing personnel programs and Human Resources Information Systems, as applicable to the specific position and its position description.
