SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS11 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Performing Talent Management studies aimed at identifying workforce trends, problem areas, deficiencies, imbalances, or other similar factors; and 2) Regularly maintain and track program data, develop internal process guides, and respond to employee inquiries; and 3) Develops strategy for recruitment and outreach You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Communications Leadership Organizational Awareness Workforce Management
