Must possess the ability to perform common technical and administrative supervisory duties in workforce planning, training and employee development, administrative and employee management, and prioritizing workload based off future deadlines, and identifying training needs. – Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. About the Position: This position is with the Joint Munitions Command located at McAlester, Oklahoma. This position serves as supervisor over the Blocker and Bracers (organization, function, and shop), exercising full supervisory responsibility for control over work operations involving subordinate workers.
