MANAGEMENT ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1. Assist with acquisition planning, preparation of price/cost analyses for designated actions, formulation of negotiation strategies, development of negotiation objectives, and negotiation of contracts for the procurement of equipment, supplies, services, construction, Information Technology (IT) equipment, systems, and services to support initiatives; 2. Monitor contractor performance against time, schedule and cost performance metrics; 3. Manage, perform, and/or develop policies and procedures for work involving the development of contract packages prior to their submission for contract action; 4. Understanding of market and regulatory reviews; development and implementation of acquisition plans/acquisition strategies; analysis and evaluation of contractors’ proposals and development of the Government pre-negotiation position. You will serve as a Management Analyst within the MCIA S8, Finance Directorate. This position is located at Quantico, VA at the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity. All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601.
