Basic Requirement for CAPABILITY DEVELOPMENT & INTEGRATION SPECIALIST (FIRES) DE-0301-3 Specialized experience for DE-03: To qualify, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as; 1) Reviews Field Artillery systems to determine their effectiveness under projected combat conditions, 2) Participating in the capability development process for Field Artillery systems, and 3) Advise regarding necessary changes and/or Future Force Design process for Field Artillery. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service DE-02 (GS-11 equivalent). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Manages and Organizes Information Planning and Evaluating Technical Competence
About the Position: Serves as a Capability Development and Integration Specialist (Fires) within the U.S. Army Futures and Concepts Center located at Fort Sill, Oklahoma in the Fires CDID Concepts Development Division.
