Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NH-03 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: defense acquisition policies and procedures, accepted instructional systems design and development practice/ processes, as well as Marine Corps policies and processes to provide manpower, personnel, and training (MPT) focused human systems integration (HSI) planning and recommendations to the Program management team (PMT). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
