Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advanced knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Material Management and Supply Chain Solutions to maintain and improve overall logistics. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Performing Material and Supply Chain Management including distribution and transportation processes, warehousing, asset viability, order fulfillment and material requirements planning and business transition planning. 2) Demonstrated knowledge of Navy inventory control, waterfront support, and maintenance processes and procedures to resolve complicated logistics and program support problems. 3) Responsible for the supervision and human resource management functions over subordinates, including providing full support of the equal employment opportunity program. 4) Demonstrated knowledge of Program planning, budgeting, acquisition and execution to include requirements collection and validation, budget collation, briefing senior leadership and supporting financial benchmarks. 5) Provide advanced knowledge of program management techniques to include short- and long-term strategic planning, resource management, program execution, benefit and cost analysis, contract management, and process improvement.
