You must meet the following requirements within 14 days of the closing date of this announcement.
For the GS-14, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position includes:
-Manages the development and execution of marketing plans to achieve customer acquisition and revenue goals; and
-Leads in the developing and executing of marketing plans, which includes identifying target audiences, key messaging, and product positioning; and
-Proposes marketing channels, tactics, and budgets that best align with the intended targeted audiences; and
– Interprets and analyzes performance data to optimize marketing strategies; and
-Manages advertising planning, which includes creative development, media planning, performance monitoring, and optimization. In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable: For the GS-14 you must have been at the GS-15 level for 52 weeks.
The Marketing Branch falls under the Marketing Division, located in the Sales and Marketing Directorate of the United States Mint, a bureau of the Department of the Treasury. The Marketing Branch is responsible for developing and implementing a large, national and multi-channel annual performance marketing plan to drive ecommerce and catalog sales.
