Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Specialized experience performing duties such as Conduct investigations to understand and resolve qualities issues within the field of manufacturing, overhaul and repair with an expressed intent to implement and verify corrective and preventative actions; Ensure all investigations are thorough and have an exhaustive Root Cause Analysis for identified quality issues; Lead IQT meetings to evaluate and review discrepancy data within the assigned IPTs; Develop and sustain use of a tracking system to record quality issues, opportunities for a quality improvement or other targeted actions that can impact shop quality; Lead the IQT briefings in accordance with FRC and CMFRC QMS guidelines and as directed by the FRC QM; Develop new or use existing metrics and trend analyses to understand the state of the FRC quality program to determine areas for improvement, including the desire to reduce rework and scrap rates for the assigned areas.
