Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) collects data for the site office operating budget, reviews submissions of office staff for proper format and compliance with program budget requirements, and consolidates material into an annual office budget; 2) Develops methods for automating various administrative reports containing data having multiple uses for other reports; 3) Performs regularly scheduled physical inventory of equipment and/or other supply items, reconciling inventory or property record; and 4) Places service calls/trouble calls telephonically or via email to Public Works.
