Naval Facilities Engineering Command - Department of the Navy

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Performing acquisition planning including market research and consideration of appropriate procurement approaches that satisfy mission needs and meeting customer requirements; 2) Negotiating prices, terms and conditions of contracts; 3) Performing cost and price analysis to determine cost/price reasonableness; 4) Performing all contractual post-award functions; and 5) Conducting post award conferences with the contractor to clarify contractual requirements and special provisions.
