GS-0303-06:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Creating a variety of correspondence in proper formats using word processing programs; maintaining manual and electronic calendars to add, delete, or change meetings; serving as a receptionist or point-of-contact for an office; & performing data entry into an automated timekeeping system. GS-0303-07:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-06 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Managing calendars and meeting schedules for higher level staff; performing specialized office tasks in support of a unit including screening training requests; compiling information from a variety of sources to prepare reports; & preparing and submit supply requisitions according to established rules. Time In Grade
Federal employees in the competitive service are also subject to the Time-In-Grade Requirements: Merit Promotion (status) candidates must have completed one year of service at the next lower grade level. Time-In-Grade provisions do not apply under the Excepted Service Examining Plan (ESEP). You must meet all qualification requirements by the closing date of the announcement.
Program Support Assistant located at Phoenix Indian Medical Center. The purpose of the position is to perform a wide variety of administrative tasks associated with maintaining and supporting the work performed within a department. Such work includes functions necessary for the efficient management of an office and department leadership team, and ranges from correspondence and information control to timekeeping, and training/travel coordination. This position reports to Department Physician.
