In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience leading a highly technical facilities engineering team in the development and execution of facilities projects.
Experience translating Fleet operational requirements into facilities requirements
Expert knowledge in the Navy’s facilities planning process
Experience in managing and developing training requirements for a technical staff.
Experience in developing and managing facilities programs.
Experience and knowledge of the Navy’s MILCON and facilities special projects planning and execution processes
Experience and knowledge of the Navy’s facilities engineering design process.
Experience in facilities project scope development review and construction oversight.
Experience leading multi-discipline teams in the execution of facilities requirements.
Experience and knowledge of critical facilities infrastructure as it relates to supporting? IT systems
Experience interpreting facilities planning guidance.
Experience developing and presenting briefs relating to facilities projects to senior leadership.
