Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-11) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with production operations, processes and procedures, skilled trade practices associated docking operations, and support shop operations. Experience providing recommendations and decisions with docking evolutions, mooring at all berthing locations (RFW, EHW, site VI, MSF). Experience with analytical management techniques, including production, material, quality and cost control and personnel management in order to execute an efficient and effective docking program. Experience with the Naval docking operations, practices, processes and techniques including the sequencing and timing of key program events and milestones. Experience using computer applications such as spreadsheets, AutoCAD, databases, and word processing applications. GS-11
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience with the NAVSEA docking instructions. Experience with the techniques and methodology of naval architecture. Experience in operations of the various trades directly involved in docking and mooring operations. Experience docking and undocking procedures. Experience reviewing drawings and building up papers to prepare and inspect the Dock Build-up and meet all docking parameters and engineering calculations.
