Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning, scheduling, coordinating, and directing work operations utilizing motor vehicles, cranes, heavy duty equipment, material handling equipment, generators, and Civil Engineering Support Equipment; 2) Working with computer software to design, draft, manage, and maintain complete records of operational status of equipment and subordinate personnel, along with managing personnel performance and training requirements; 3) Planning for anticipated workload to ensure successful completion of assigned tasks, scheduling individual employees and resources to accomplish unscheduled/unplanned work requirements; 4) Inspecting work sites to ensure safety rules and regulations are adhered to; 5) Reviewing, calculating, updating, and correcting accounting data, maintaining customer accounts, material and labor charges, and balancing and monitoring project expenditures; and 6) Composing presentations, documents, standard memorandums, reports, shop repair orders, and other forms of correspondence. ***NOTE: This experience must be fully and clearly supported in your resume.
