Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Demonstrate good written and oral communication skills; 2) Understanding of calibration processes and procedures; 3) Oversee or supervise a calibration laboratory; 4) Monitor expenditures against each aircraft relative to negotiated hours and approved costs. 5) Ensures the recording of all workload disposition negotiations are maintained to provide an accurate audit trail of execution.
