You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if the position allows for qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Qualifying Experience:
Practical knowledge of recreational activities, rules, and procedures. Ability to safeguard and handle cash and skill in the use and maintenance of various recreational equipment and facilities are desirable; however, no experience is required. Must be able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing. Must possess maturity and good judgement and like working with children, youth and their parents.
About the position:
This position will be assigned to the Community Center, Beale AFB, CA. This position is a Flex position. May work 0-40 hours.
This position does not have guaranteed hours nor benefits. Physical effort is required in this position; must be able to lift and carry items up to 40 pounds, bending, stooping, walking, standing, climbing on ladders, lifting above shoulders, inside and outside, must be able to work in excessive heat environment and cold weather.
