Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience may include but not limited to: Conducting program analysis and evaluation of an organization's program; providing guidance and directing the work of subordinate employees; developing organizational metrics; knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques to help the organization achieve more efficient results.
