About the Role
This role is responsible for leading and developing a team of Product Managers while owning product strategy across multiple product lines. The position focuses on delivering high-impact products, driving measurable business and customer outcomes, and ensuring continuous product improvement.
The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, client success, sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align product execution with business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Own the Product Management function, including performance management, career development, and establishing best practices and standards.
- Define and own product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, and execution across multiple product areas.
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver high-quality products while balancing customer needs, technical constraints, and business priorities.
- Define and execute an AI product strategy, incorporating automation and artificial intelligence responsibly across the product portfolio.
- Champion analytics, experimentation, customer insights, and product KPIs to guide product decisions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, public sector stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Present product strategy, roadmap updates, and progress to leadership.
- Support product launches, pricing discussions, go-to-market planning, and customer communications.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Product Management.
- 3+ years of experience managing, leading, and mentoring Product Managers.
- Experience delivering SaaS products in a cloud-native environment.
- Experience building and scaling mission-critical software platforms with high requirements for availability, performance, security, and resiliency.
- Demonstrated success managing complex product portfolios and cross-functional teams.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with public safety, government technology, emergency services, or related software environments.
- Experience scaling high-growth SaaS organizations.
- Experience leading AI-enabled product initiatives and intelligent workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven decision making.
