Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $21 - $28/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with select Saturdays based on business needs

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse distribution by moving inbound and outbound products, selecting orders, staging items for pickup or loading, checking paperwork, and helping keep storage areas organized and efficient.

Order and product handling

• Move inbound and outbound product to assigned staging or storage areas.
• Select orders accurately and on time.
• Transport orders to staging or loading areas for pickup.
• Check orders against pick sheets for accuracy and completeness.
• Report order discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Assist with off-loading inbound products and supplies.
• Move received products to the correct staging or storage areas.
• Review related paperwork for accuracy.
• Consolidate products as needed to support storage space and area organization.
• Follow warehouse safety procedures.

Experience and skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or product distribution center experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a stand-up reach truck or other industrial equipment, such as a double pallet jack.
• Ability to perform basic math quickly for inventory counts.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support distribution goals.

Physical and warehouse conditions

• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods.
• Comfort working in extreme temperatures.
