About the Role
As an IT Administrator, you will play a key role in managing and improving the technology systems that support employees across the organization. You will own critical components of the end-user technology stack, including cloud services, identity and access management, endpoint configuration, collaboration tools, support infrastructure, and automation.
This role goes beyond responding to support requests. You will help build, maintain, and improve internal IT systems, workflows, and processes while partnering with both technical and business teams. You will have significant ownership and the opportunity to help shape how internal IT operates as the organization continues to grow.
What You’ll Do
- Manage, configure, maintain, and optimize core IT systems, including Azure AD, Okta, Intune, JAMF, Microsoft 365, and related platforms.
- Support and administer cloud-based workloads and business applications, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Jira.
- Manage identity and access systems that support secure employee access across internal applications and services.
- Write and maintain PowerShell and Python scripts to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deploy, manage, and continuously improve internal tools and technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, system, and access-related issues across Windows and macOS environments.
- Support collaboration and productivity platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Improve internal IT documentation, operating procedures, troubleshooting resources, and employee self-service materials.
- Provide responsive technical support and help employees resolve technology-related issues effectively.
- Participate in after-hours support when needed.
- Take ownership of new IT initiatives and help build additional systems, processes, and capabilities as organizational needs evolve.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing cloud-based and enterprise technology environments.
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Exchange Online, and SharePoint Online.
- Hands-on experience with identity and access management platforms such as Okta, Azure AD, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and Auth0.
- Proficiency with PowerShell or Python for scripting and automation.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, SCCM, JAMF, and endpoint management across both macOS and Windows environments.
- Experience with collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Slack, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with IT service management platforms such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Zendesk.
- Strong interest in providing high-quality technical support and helping users resolve technology issues.
