Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $21 - $24/hour

Position summary

You’ll support warehouse operations by receiving shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, preparing orders, completing inventory counts, and keeping warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.

Shipping and inventory work

• Receive incoming shipments and verify product accuracy.
• Inspect incoming products for damage or discrepancies.
• Identify inventory inaccuracies and report damages promptly.
• Stock inventory in the correct warehouse locations.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders for courier pickup.
• Perform regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
• Manage spoilage and disposal according to established procedures.
• Complete required warehouse reports and documentation accurately and on time.

Warehouse support

• Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
• Support additional warehouse and operational tasks as assigned.

Experience and skills

• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Experience operating pallet jacks and hand trucks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to identify operational issues.
• Professional and courteous communication with vendors, couriers, and teammates.
• Reliable and dependable work habits.
• Commitment to warehouse safety and proper equipment procedures.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 40 pounds.
