About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support and execute recruiting efforts across the organization, helping build high-performing teams through full-cycle recruiting, proactive candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication. The position will manage multiple open roles in a fast-moving environment while maintaining an organized, consistent, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
This role works closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, define role requirements and timelines, monitor recruiting pipelines, and improve hiring processes. The position also supports job postings, offer preparation, pre-employment activities, recruiting documentation, employer branding initiatives, and additional HR or operations projects as assigned.
What You'll Do
- Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and ongoing candidate communication.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers while maintaining a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to establish role requirements, candidate needs, recruiting priorities, and hiring timelines.
- Track and report recruiting progress, pipeline health, and hiring timelines across multiple open positions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with candidates regarding hiring timelines, next steps, and outcomes.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and organizational priorities.
- Assist with job postings, offer preparation, and pre-employment processes as needed.
- Help develop and improve recruiting processes, documentation, and employer branding initiatives.
- Support additional HR- or operations-related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related coordination or operations role.
- Experience supporting multiple open positions simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other online recruiting platforms.
Required Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable communication style.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Demonstrated interest in recruiting, hiring strategy, and people operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, remote-first environment.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
