Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $20 - $22/hour

Schedule: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift opportunities; typically Monday-Friday; overtime may be available or required

Warehouse operations

You’ll support shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and order fulfillment while helping keep products moving accurately and efficiently through the warehouse.

What you’ll do

• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Verify products, quantities, and documentation for accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy.
• Research and help resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and other material-handling equipment after required training and certification.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow warehouse procedures and safety requirements.
• Cross-train across different warehouse functions based on business needs.

Experience and qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to learn warehouse technology and inventory systems.
• Reliable and positive work approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Physical requirements

• Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and twist.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
