Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $25 - $26/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Day-to-day scope

You’ll support warehouse operations by receiving and storing inventory, picking and shipping customer orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, operating warehouse equipment, and serving as a backup delivery driver when needed.

Warehouse responsibilities

• Receive and put away stock and drop-ship orders.
• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
• Use the warehouse management system for warehouse and inventory activities.
• Perform basic inventory practices and support inventory counts.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with strong attention to detail.
• Write up and report customer returns for restocking.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
• Support customer-facing warehouse activities as needed.
• Balance and prioritize multiple tasks throughout the day.
• Follow applicable warehouse safety and OSHA requirements.

Driving and equipment

• Serve as a backup delivery driver when the primary driver is unavailable.
• Make deliveries using a company box truck when needed.
• Maintain eligibility to operate the company vehicle.
• Maintain ability to access military bases as required.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Use ladders, mobile stairs, forklifts, and elevated platforms to retrieve products.

Experience and qualifications

• Warehouse experience required.
• Strong attention to detail, especially with counting and inventory.
• Prior forklift and pallet jack experience required.
• Forklift recertification will be provided after hire.
• Ability to serve as a backup delivery driver.
• Must be insurable to operate a company box truck.
• Must be able to access military bases.
• HVAC or parts experience is not required.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift at least 70 pounds.
• Role may require lifting more than 100 pounds less than one-third of the time.
• Ability to climb ladders and stairs.
• Ability to work from elevated platforms and locations.
• Ability to perform active warehouse work throughout the shift.
