Warehouse Staff

Pay: $18 - $19/hour

Position summary

You’ll support daily warehouse operations by receiving merchandise, preparing transfers and store deliveries, maintaining inventory accuracy, organizing product locations, and assisting logistics personnel with general warehouse needs.

Daily responsibilities

• Receive, count, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise.
• Prepare and stage merchandise for store deliveries and transfers.
• Verify products, quantities, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with loading and unloading company vehicles.
• Maintain accurate warehouse organization and product locations.
• Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
• Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies.
• Report shortages, damages, overages, and incorrect merchandise promptly.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Assist drivers and logistics personnel with daily operational needs.
• Follow established procedures for receiving, inventory, transfers, and documentation.

What you’ll need

• Previous warehouse, inventory, or distribution experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to use scanners, tablets, smartphones, and inventory systems.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Availability to work a rotating Monday-Saturday schedule.

Physical requirements

• Ability to safely lift, carry, push, and move merchandise.
• Ability to perform active warehouse and material handling work throughout the shift.
