Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders by presenting creative work clearly, explaining design rationale, and guiding strategic decision-making around high-impact brand outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing, messaging, product, development leads, and other design professionals to create consistent, strategically aligned designs with strong visual impact.
- Serve as a creative thought partner to cross-functional teams, articulate design rationale, and champion design best practices that strengthen the overall brand and product experience.
- Partner closely with development teams to solve implementation challenges in real time and preserve creative intent through final execution.
Team Citizenship
