About the Role
The Project Manager supports media and creative teams by coordinating project requirements, roadmaps, communications, client deliverables, and operational workflows. The role tracks multiple parallel workstreams across creative, media, reporting, and client onboarding while helping projects remain organized, responsive, and aligned with stakeholder expectations.
This position requires digital marketing project management experience, strong knowledge of Google and Facebook platforms, and the ability to structure complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables. The Project Manager also maintains client presentations and project documentation, implements quality control procedures, and leads weekly Scrum meetings focused on objectives and deliverables.
What You'll Do
- Track project requirements using project management tools and maintain visibility into project progress and deliverables.
- Lead planning for project communications and project roadmaps across internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and triage communications for effective response, including routing communications to appropriate parties and identifying conversations that require follow-up.
- Support creative operations processes, including creative approvals, pre-production, and asset organization.
- Support media operations processes, including campaign naming, audience organization, and campaign launches.
- Support reporting operations, including delivery of new reports.
- Prepare and maintain recurring client presentations, including weekly notes and monthly creative recaps.
- Coordinate client onboarding tasks and keep implementation activities on track.
- Manage file organization and create client-facing and internal documents as needed.
- Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards of output and continuously identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Host and lead weekly Scrum meetings with internal team members to review high-level objectives and deliverables.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 2+ years of project management experience in digital marketing.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Google and Facebook platforms.
- Ability to problem-solve and structure complex projects and plans involving multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients at all levels while understanding both day-to-day execution and broader project objectives.
- Ability to manage time effectively and perform successfully in a fast-paced environment.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related major is required.

- Experience with Monday.com is a plus.
