Warehouse Associate

Employment type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00/hour

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or until tasks are complete

Warehouse fulfillment work

You’ll support receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing, and shipping operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training is provided from the first day, and candidates with little or no warehouse experience are welcome to apply.

Primary responsibilities

• Pick products accurately according to established order fulfillment procedures.
• Perform quality control checks.
• Pack products and prepare orders for shipment.
• Support receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
• Complete housekeeping and inventory control tasks.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Cross-train in multiple warehouse areas.
• Participate in warehouse projects as needed.
• Train and become certified to operate material handling equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is not required.
• PIT or outbound dock experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Ability to follow directions and adjust to changing priorities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with computers, point-of-sale systems, or warehouse equipment is a plus.

Physical requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working at heights up to 30 feet.
• Willingness to operate equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, reach trucks, turret trucks, pallet jacks, and walkie riders when required.
