Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.37 - $21.54/hour

Schedule: 1st shift

Role overview

You’ll support inbound, pick/pack, internal processing, and outbound warehouse operations by handling materials, packaging orders, labeling products, verifying parts, and helping keep warehouse workflow accurate and efficient.

What you’ll do

• Prepare parts and materials for the next processing step.
• Verify materials and quantities for accuracy.
• Move materials to proper warehouse areas to support workflow.
• Pack customer orders using packaging materials and standard work instructions.
• Apply correct labels and confirm part identity by comparing details.
• Support receiving, assembling, and storage of parts, materials, and products.
• Operate hand-powered material handling equipment.
• Operate semi-automated and automated packaging equipment.
• Use scales and postage meters as needed.
• Maintain accurate records for receiving, stock management, inventory, and shipping.
• Follow printed documents, written instructions, and verbal instructions.
• Follow site safety policies and procedures.
• Complete other assigned duties as needed.

What you’ll need

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to use computer terminals and RF scanners.
• Basic computer navigation skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Proactive work style with focus on performance goals and KPIs.
• Ability to stay organized and follow 6S principles.
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Basic ability to use and read measuring equipment.
• Indefinite U.S. work authorization required; future sponsorship is not available.

Physical and work environment

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to work in warehouse conditions, including varying temperatures and noise levels.
