Warehouse Associate

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse and package operations by processing parcels, picking driver routes, assisting delivery drivers, completing inventory audits, and keeping the warehouse clean and safe.

What you’ll do

• Maintain a safe warehouse work environment.
• Process packages accurately and efficiently.
• Pick driver routes for package delivery.
• Perform inventory audits.
• Clean and organize warehouse workspaces.
• Assist delivery drivers with delivery drops at local communities.
• Help move parcel loads to and from delivery cargo vans.
• Use smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• Operate hand-activated pallet jacks and convertible push trucks.
• Communicate clearly with team members and delivery staff.

What you’ll need

• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to use smartphone applications and scanning devices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Team-focused attitude and desire to help others.
• Clear electronic and verbal communication skills.

Physical requirements

• Ability to regularly lift and move parcels.
• Ability to lift parcels up to 150 pounds using material equipment or team lift.
• Ability to crouch, kneel, and stand regularly throughout shifts.
• Ability to assist with moving parcel loads throughout communities.
• Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception required.
