Warehouse Associate

Pay: $20 - $24/hour
Role overview
You’ll support the logistics team by receiving freight, stocking inventory, preparing component kits for assembly, verifying incoming shipments, and helping ensure parts and quantities are accurate and delivered on time.
What you’ll do
- Unpack crates and stock parts in the warehouse.
- Prepare component kits for delivery to assembly teams.
- Use tracking tools, equipment, and checklists for accurate kitting and packaging.
- Prepare, verify, and maintain records for incoming shipments.
- Compare counts, weights, and measurements against bills of lading, invoices, orders, and other records.
- Help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain data and records related to shipping activities.
- Deliver components to specified facility locations based on production needs.
- Complete other duties assigned by the Logistics Manager.
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Warehouse management-related experience preferred, but not required.
- Warehousing, receiving, stocking, or inventory control experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to load, unload, lift, and move industrial components.
- Basic computer operation skills.
- Forklift certification or forklift experience preferred.
- Ability to work in compliance with applicable U.S. export control requirements.
Physical and work environment
- Manufacturing environment with welding, cutting, forming, painting, assembly, machining, and quality control operations.
- Possible exposure to sharp edges, noise, electricity, chemicals, heavy equipment, and automated or manual machinery.
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
- Frequent repetitive foot, leg, hand, arm, shoulder, and torso movements.
- Frequent operation of power equipment and hand tools.
- Periodic computer use.
