Warehouse Associate

Pay: $14 - $20/hour

Role overview

You’ll support warehouse and retail store operations by receiving shipments, organizing inventory, stocking products, fulfilling product requests, maintaining clean work areas, and assisting customers as needed.

What you’ll do

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
• Stock shelves and maintain proper product placement in warehouse and retail areas.
• Pick and stage products for fulfillment and restocking.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and storage areas.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or low stock.
• Assist with warehouse upkeep, including trash removal and floor maintenance.
• Support retail store operations as needed.
• Assist customers with product selection.
• Restock shelves and displays.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
• Clean the parking lot as needed.
• Follow company procedures for safety, inventory handling, and customer service.

What you’ll need

• Previous warehouse, retail, or stocking experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical and work environment

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Ability to work in both warehouse and retail environments.
