Compensation: $68,700 – $103,100 per year (base salary; may vary based on location, experience, and qualifications; eligible for bonus and benefits)
About the Role
This opportunity is for a Project Manager responsible for coordinating and delivering complex, evidence-based projects within a scientific and consulting environment. The role focuses on managing multiple concurrent workstreams, supporting global programs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The position requires close collaboration with technical, analytical, and client-facing teams, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, resourcing, timeline development, and execution oversight
- Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with timelines and priorities
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery
- Manage scope changes and change control processes, including documentation of impacts on timelines, resources, and budgets
- Facilitate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
- Support or lead client-facing project management discussions and status updates
- Coordinate internal workflows and ensure effective collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Track dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across projects
- Maintain organized repositories of project documentation and deliverables
- Support financial tracking, resource allocation, and project prioritization
- Escalate risks, issues, and resourcing challenges to project leadership as needed
- Coordinate internal and external review cycles and consolidate feedback from multiple stakeholders
- Support portfolio-level planning and prioritization across multiple projects
- Develop and maintain project management tools, templates, and best practices
- Facilitate knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Leverage project management tools and data to support reporting and decision-making
- Support proposal development and project start-up activities, including timeline planning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting, life sciences, or related environments
- Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience working in client-facing roles and supporting project communications
- Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with project tracking tools is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting evidence synthesis, health economics, or related analytical projects
- Familiarity with structured submission processes and evidence strategy programs
- Experience coordinating work across analytical, statistical, or research-focused teams
- Understanding of project financials, resource constraints, and scope management
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
